Refund policy
We care deeply about your experience, and every order is packed with care and quality checked before shipping. Please read below for our return guidelines:
♡ Socks
Due to hygiene reasons, all sock purchases are final sale. Socks are considered intimate wear and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each pair is carefully inspected by our team to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
♡ Jewelry
Jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery, only if the security sticker is fully intact and undamaged. If the sticker has been removed or tampered with, we will be unable to process your refund.
♡ Return Process
To request a return, you must:
- Contact customer service within 14 days of delivery at info@anewtale.ca

Provide:
- Order number
- Description of the reason of return
- Clear photographs/video of the product condition with security sticker attached
- Await confirmation from our team within 5 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Once the return label has been created and the products have been shipped, please allow our team to inspect the item’s condition and process the refund within 7–10 business days after the return has arrived at our warehouse.
Unauthorized returns (shipments sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.
♡ Sale Items & Discount Codes
All items marked as sale are final sale and non-returnable.
Items purchased with a discount code of 30% or more are also considered final sale.
