♡ Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and process your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number included.

♡ Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping is offered on orders within North America orders $100 USD or more (before tax and after any discounts).
• For this policy, North America means Canada and the United States
• Shipping fees for all other orders and destinations will be displayed at checkout

♡ Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location.

♡ International Orders

We ship worldwide where carrier service is available. Shipping rates and options for orders outside North America will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by their country.

♡ Undeliverable Packages & Re-Shipping

If a package is not accepted or picked up and is returned to us by the shipping carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Please note: Even if the original order qualified for free shipping, a second attempt will not include free shipping.
