Shipping policy

We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely, beautifully packaged, and on time. Please review the following information before placing your order:

♡ Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and process your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number included.

♡ Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Free shipping is offered on orders $250 USD and above (before tax and after any discounts)
• Free shipping applies only to customers in the U.S. and Canada
• All orders are shipped via our selected postal carriers only
• Shipping fees for all other orders will be displayed at checkout

♡ Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location.

♡ International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. and Canada will receive a $10 USD shipping credit, automatically applied at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by their country.

♡ Undeliverable Packages & Re-Shipping

If a package is not accepted or picked up and is returned to us by the shipping carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Please note: Even if the original order qualified for free shipping, a second attempt will not include free shipping.
